Building Contracts Manager Private Estates (Prime London) - £100k. We are recruiting on behalf of a high-net-worth Principal for an experienced Building Contracts Manager to oversee construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across a portfolio of prestigious private residences. Working across London and Berkshire.Responsibilities

Manage building and refurbishment contracts from tender to completion.Supervise contractors, consultants, and project delivery to the highest standard.Oversee budgets, approve invoices, and report to the principals'' representatives.Conduct property inspections and ensure impeccable presentation.Safeguard confidentiality and operate with the utmost discretion.Qualifications

Extensive experience within luxury estates or super-prime residential property.A strong background in contract negotiation and project management.Impeccable attention to detail, organisational ability, and communication skills.Professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, or similar) advantageous but not essential.Remuneration

Remuneration for the successful Building Contracts Manager will include a package around £100k comprising high basic, bonus, benefits and pension.How to apply
