What youll be doing at Sticks n Sushi

Youll help lead each shift with passion and precision-supporting your team and your leaders to deliver exceptional quality and unforgettable hospitality.Youll arrive ready to energise the floor, and inspire those around you to create experiences that help our guests leave the real world for a while.Youll take shared responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant-from service flow and team development to decision-making and high standards. Youll be the calm in the storm, the spark of motivation, and the person your team turns to for guidance and support.Youll be a key ambassador of SticksnSushi.
