Are you a reliable, organised and customer-focused Office Administrator / Reception Assistant to support the smooth running of a busy office environment? This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, keeping things organised, and supporting a wider team with day-to-day operations. The role is worked across five days per week (25 hours total), with additional attendance required at certain peak operational days, which may occasionally include evenings and weekends. The Role You''ll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently, including: Acting as the main receptionist and first point of contact for visitors Handling telephone enquiries and covering colleagues'' phones when required Managing incoming emails and routing enquiries appropriately Preparing advanced information packs for operational days Maintaining office presentation and stock levels (stationery, paper, supplies) Ordering office consumables and managing supplier orders Franking and preparing outgoing post Receiving and distributing incoming post Supporting event enquiries when required Filing and general administration support Supporting ad-hoc operational and office duties as needed No two days are the same, variety is guaranteed.
