Our clients are looking for a driven individual that will integrate well into their team and bring value and technical knowledge to their projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit planning applications, with a comprehensive understanding of the planning system, including NPPF, Local Plans, and applicable guidelines.Create and manage project timelines and oversee a small team of architects, assistants, and technologists to ensure successful project delivery.Fulfill Designer CDM responsibilities, with a solid understanding of CDM regulations and the BSA Principal Designer role.Participate in site appraisals, surveys, client meetings, and site inspections to support project d
