POSITION: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager LOCATION: South East Wales, Glamorgan SALARY: Competitive Our client operates over 300 stores nationwide and is expanding its ecommerce presence, increasing key positions to support growth over the next 3 to 5 years. This role reports to the Head of FPandA and involves developing the company''s strategic plan in collaboration with them and the Finance Director. You will analyse and report on performance across Ecommerce, Distribution Centres, Retail Stores, and Central Control Costs. Key Responsibilities include: - Overseeing monthly management accounts for Retail, Logistics, and Central Costs Preparing weekly trading reports Creating budgets, forecasts, and latest views with precision to ensure accurate cash forecasting Compiling and analysing Store PandLs Producing and reviewing E-commerce PandLs Conducting monthly review meetings with budget holders Leading quarterly store-by-store review meetings with Regional Managers Preparing monthly PandL reports Interpreting financial and management data to provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership Delivering financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making Offering guidance and challenge to the commercial management team on financial implications for both short-term and long-term initiatives Conducting ad-hoc analyses of trading promotions and offers Candidate Profile: - Proven management experience Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
