About the Role:

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Bletchley is looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils across the school from September. This role involves working closely with teachers to provide one-to-one and small group support, helping children with their academic and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND
• Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation
• Provide targeted interventions under teacher guidance
• Foster positive relationships with pupils to support well-being and learning
• Monitor and report on pupil progress

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting childrenandrsquo;s development and learning
• A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
