Mechanical Project Manager

£75,000 - £85,000+ Package (DOE)
Contract option available: £400 - £450 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor delivering works on a pharmaceutical campus in Windlesham.

This role would suit a Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction projects. Previous pharmaceutical or high-level laboratory experience is not essential, as the project is largely commercial in nature, incorporating some medical gas installations.

• Lead and manage mechanical building services packages from inception through to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
• Attend and lead project progress meetings
• Manage commissioning activities and oversee project handover
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management

• Proven track record as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E sector
• Experience delivering commercial projects valued from several million pounds upwards
• Strong understanding of HVAC, public health and mechanical building services installations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Medical gas experience would be advantageous but is not essential

• Salary of £75,000 - £85,000+ package for the right individual
