Premier Relationship Manager .This is a client-facing role responsible for actively managing a portfolio of international Premier Expat customers, providing high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and completing full reviews to establish and address their immediate and future financial needs.Working as part of a collaborative wealth management team, this is a client-facing role in which you will provide dedicated and professional service to our global expat customer base. Through active management of a portfolio, you will develop and retain relationships with our global customers, reviewing the portfolio regularly to ensure solutions are suitable to meet client needs and driving customer satisfaction.This is a non-regulated relationship management role; however, the successful individual should be working towards their Level 4 investment advice qualification.In this role, you will:Build relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationshipsWork closely with wealth managers to fulfill customer portfolio needsDevelop and maintain an understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services available from HSBC Group sources to provide the best solutions for clientsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:Previous exposure to relationship managementAbility to build relationships and communicate effectively with clientsA desire to study professional qualificationsTeam player - ability to work well within a small team and collaborate across the wider businessStrong communication skillsContinue to grow with our internal opportunities.This role is based in Jersey.For further details and application information, please click "Apply".At HSBC, we value diverse perspectives and are committed to creating inclusive workplaces—regardless of gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or age.
