The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support KS1 and KS2 pupils who require additional help with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils develop positive strategies, confidence and independence. Working alongside teachers and the SEN team, you will help implement behaviour support plans and encourage pupils to make positive progress. Experience supporting children with behavioural needs, ADHD, SEMH, or any other similar needs is highly desirable.
