They''re looking for someone to guide them through several defined transformation initiatives. It''s a really interesting time to be joining the business and the role has so much potential. Recent capital investment, a favourable trading tailwind and an appetite for continual improvement provides the backdrop. You would act as the Finance Business Partner to the Programme Director, overseeing a change agenda that covers profit initiatives, process re-engineering and cost reduction. Demonstrable achievements in these areas, backed up by data, would be a big advantage in a role which may well extend beyond the twelve months. A professional finance qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) is required, along with the strength of personality and intuition to make your mark.
