Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on legislation, best practice, and strategic risk, ensuring a compliant and continually improving ISO 45001 management system. Use performance data and KPIs to shape strategy and drive improvement, represent the organisation externally with credibility, and ensure effective learning from incidents.
