Client Operations Manager Salary: £43,000 - 47,000 per annum Hours: Full time (37.5 hours) Contract: Permanent The Role: RADA Business is looking for an exceptional Client Operations Manager to play a central role in delivering our Open Programmes and B2C services. In this role, you''ll ensure our programmes are planned, resourced and delivered to an outstanding standard. You''ll lead and develop a team of Operations Coordinators, oversee client facing activity, and work closely with colleagues in Business Development, Estates, Marketing and Finance to create a seamless experience for every participant. You''ll take ownership of operational processes, continuously improving how we work and ensuring our systems, data and financial administration are accurate and efficient.
