We are recruiting in partnership with our client, a well known global Freight Forwarding and Logistics company for an experienced Airfreight Operator to join their growing import department.

This is an exciting-role handling air freight import operations for their existing clients and future business. Daily duties will include handling import global shipments, taking bookings and preparing quotations/negotiating costings, arranging collections and quotations, raising relevant import air freight documentation, clearing import shipments / clearances, lodging airwaybills, resolving Customer Service issues/query resolution.

We are seeking a Freight Forwarding candidate with a good, working knowledge of import air freight operations and from handling consignments from start to finish.

Candidates should have a strong ability to communicate with Customers, Airlines, Overseas Agents and Network Partners with good current import airfreight operations skills

This position is offering a salary of up to -30000 to -35,000 DOE
