Machine OperatorAbout the RoleAs a Machine Operator, you ll be part of the team responsible for manufacturing extruded silicone seals and gaskets. You ll work with specialist machines to produce high-quality parts used in industries where quality and reliability are essential.You don t need experience to start we ll train you. You ll begin as a Level 1 Operator and can progress through Levels 2 to 4 as you learn more skills and take on more responsibility. What You ll Do Operate extrusion machines to produce silicone profiles, seals, and gasketsPrepare tooling and materials for production runsCut, join, or finish parts according to specificationsCheck parts meet quality standards during and after productionKeep machines and work areas clean, tidy, and safeReport any issues to a supervisor quicklyWork independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goalsFollow company procedures for quality and safety What We re Looking For A good attitude and willingness to learnReliable and punctualComfortable using tools and machinery (training provided)Attention to detail and pride in producing quality workPrevious manufacturing experience is a bonus, but not essential Interest in manufacturing/factory work, production etc. computer literate (Excel, Word, we use an Access database), willingness to learn.
