Aspire People is working in close partnership with a welcoming and community-focused primary , who are seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Pre-School provision on a full-time basis.This school is known for its nurturing ethos and strong early years practice. The Pre-School team places a huge emphasis on building secure relationships, curiosity-led learning, and giving children the very best start to their education.The RoleYou will work within the Pre-School room supporting children under the age of 3, playing a key role in their early development, routines, and wellbeing.Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the EYFS framework through purposeful, play-based learning Creating a calm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and confident Supporting children with daily routines including personal care, snack times, and outdoor learning Observing children''s progress and contributing to assessments and learning journeys Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to plan engaging activities Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all timesThe Ideal Candidate Holds a Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (or equivalent) Has recent experience working within EYFS, ideally with under-3s Is warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development Understands safeguarding and child development milestones Works well as part of a close-knit teamThis is a fant
