This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support the effective management of supplier accounts, purchase orders, invoice processing and supply chain activities. You''ll work closely with Category Managers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of operational services while maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance and financial control. What you''ll be doing: Supporting Category Managers and Buyers with raising, reconciling and receiving weekly consolidated purchase orders.Monitoring and managing unmatched invoice reports to support supplier and subcontractor purchase order compliance.Assisting the Accounts Payable team to ensure invoices and credits are processed accurately and within agreed timescales. Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment queries. Processing purchase orders and goods receipting in line with financial regulations and business procedures.Managing the business mailbox and responding to enquiries efficiently and professionally.Supporting supplier account reconciliations and challenging discrepancies where necessary.
