Liaising with customers daily via email and telephone to manage enquiries and orders. Processing quotations and orders, and updating progress in the CRM systemKeeping customer records accurate and up to dateWorking with the Operations Manager to provide order progress updates to customersSupporting the Sales Manager with product selections and developing self-sufficiency in technical enquiriesUploading drawings to confirm customer requirementsLi
