The Opportunity This role is ideally suited to an experienced HR professional with a strong employee relations background who enjoys building trusted relationships, coaching managers, and providing pragmatic HR solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a varied ER caseload, ensuring issues are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation, organisational policies and best practice. Key Responsibilities Manage a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, performance and conduct matters. Provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers on people-related issues. Lead and support investigations, hearings and appeals where required.
