Senior Health and Safety Advisor Location: Pitlochry to Killiecrankie, Scotland Job Type: Full-time, Permanent / Project-based The Role We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor to support the delivery of a major infrastructure and civil engineering project between Pitlochry and Killiecrankie. This is a key position within the project team, providing senior-level health and safety guidance and ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout construction. You will work closely with project leadership, site management and operational teams, taking responsibility for monitoring compliance, identifying potential risks and driving continuous improvement across the project. Key Responsibilities Provide senior HandS support and guidance across the project. Monitor and review health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement. Undertake site inspections, audits and compliance reviews. Review and approve risk assessments and method statements where appropriate. Lead accident and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Advise project management on legislative requirements and best practice. Support the development and implementation of project-specific HandS strategies. Deliver training, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Monitor subcontractor compliance and performance.
