As Head Chef, you will lead a dynamic team of 10 chefs, overseeing an

all-day dining menu

crafted from the finest, seasonal ingredients. With everything produced in-house, the menu reflects the best of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, serving up to

200 covers daily , plus

private dining room (PDR) functions .Head Chef Responsibilities

Kitchen Management:

Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence.Menu Development:

Collaborate to create seasonal dishes that uphold the restaurant''s reputation for quality.Financial Control:

Manage GP, stock control, and ordering to achieve financial targets.Team Development:

Recruit, mentor, and support junior chefs, nurturing talent within the team.Service Excellence:

Ensure smooth kitchen operations during high-volume services and special events.Collaboration:

Work closely with the wider management team to ensure continued success and uphold the restaurants reputation.What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume Italian/Mediterranean kitchen.Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating a team.Sound understanding of GP, stock management, and operational efficiency.Creativity and knowledge of seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially under pressure.Why Join as Head Chef
