This is a high-profile position within a complex and fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple business units, research programmes and grant-funded activities. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys balancing strategic business partnering with hands-on financial management, team leadership and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of financial planning, management accounting, forecasting, grant administration, compliance and reporting. You will lead a finance team of 7 while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping to drive informed decision-making and financial sustainability.
