The functionIn your role as a Graduate Sales Consultant, you will be part of our ambitious and rapidly growing sales team based in London. Our sales team convert leads to sales opportunities, advise potential clients to develop solar energy solutions for them, and manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish. You will be working with a team that is mission-driven and determined to make affordable, carbon-neutral, and decentralized energy solutions available to everyone.

Your impactYou will use your consultative pre-sales skills to convince warm leads - people who actively show an interest in our products - to book appointments to make Soly their preferred solar energy supplier and contribute to the growth of our new UK business.You will conduct video consultations with potential customers and build personal customer relationships with future-Solyans.You will provide clients with customized solutions that allow them to save costs, be part of the green energy transition, and maximize the benefits of our solar energy system.By building up and growing your own customer base, you will make a significant contribution to a more sustainable UK.Your profileA recent graduate with a degree in any field – your enthusiasm and ambition matter more than your area of study.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly and confidently.A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.Passionate about sustainability and excited to be part of the renewable energy revolution.Eager to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.No previous sales experience required, but a keen interest in building a career in sales is essential.Your hoursMonday - FridayTwo weekend days per monthWhat we offer youA starting salary of £25,000 with a generous bonus structure (OTE of £40,000).A dynamic and rapidly growing start-up environment with numerous training and career opportunities.Modern and dog-friendly office near Chancery Lane/Farringdon, with free tea and coffee made by our amazing in-house barista, afternoon beer taps, and fun social activities to make new friends.25 days of annual leave + your birthday off.16 hours of paid volunteering work per year.The option to buy solar panels at a discounted price for your own home.About SolySoly has been working on the mission to make solar energy accessible to everyone since 2013.
