Senior MEP BIM Technician
Essex (Rayleigh)
Up to -50,000 + Hybrid Working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior MEP BIM Technician to join a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy based in Rayleigh, Essex. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, within a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development - The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years'' experience using Revit MEP, alongside a strong understanding of building services coordination, BIM standards, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce high-quality BIM models and coordinated MEP drawings using Revit MEP
* Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of building services
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
* Participate in project meetings and assist in the coordination process
* Support junior technicians and provide guidance where necessary
* Review and implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
* Ensure models meet Level of Development (LOD) and other project deliverables
* Identify and resolve coordination issues using clash detection software such as Navisworks

Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years'' experience using Revit MEP on live building services projects
* Strong understanding of MEP systems, coordination, and services layout
* Experience working in a BIM Level 2 environment
* Familiarity with industry standards including PAS 1192 and ISO 19650
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
