Holding a UK driving license is essential.The role of Regional New Homes Director will consist of:Oversee the new homes division in the region to achieve set targets and project deadlines.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, the team and stakeholders.Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth.Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.Report on regional performance to senior management and suggest improvements.Identify and broker prospective new development opportunities.
