Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations and ensure all checks, maintenance, and ride procedures are completed to high standards.Oversee a small team of engineers and support staff, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and safety remains the top priority.Maintain and improve ride uptime, delivering quick response to issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.Keep all systems compliant with statutory and regulatory standards, including ADIPS and internal safety frameworks.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, facilities) and external contractors to support ongoing projects and Capex work.Manage spares, tools, stock, and systems (e.g. PPM via Planet Enterprise), ensuring resources are used efficiently.Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe systems of work are followed at all times.Provide leadership support, training, and PDP development for your team, helping them progress through structured training programmes.
