Field Business Development Manager

-30,000 basic + top up -30,000 + uncapped commission

Our field team are the heart of the business, which is why it''s only right to make sure you''re looked after for the hard work you put in:

• Top 5% of BDMs are taking home -300,000 per year
• Additional -8,000 quarterly bonus for hitting targets
• -30,000 top up that is split out to ensure in your first few months you earn -5,000 monthly

The proof is in the pudding when it comes to our current staff with 1 BDM making -180,000 in his first year, another BDM smashing her first 6 months by earning HALF A MILLION, and another BDM being promoted to Partner within his first 13 months due to exceptional performance, earning himself -300,000.

The earning potential will never stop growing for you. We want BDMs whose strengths are doing the full sales cycle, being able to self-generate leads, conduct meetings, and close sales. Our products specialise in helping businesses with all HR & Employment Law matters, so you''ll be going in and evaluating their current set up to suggest packages best suited to needs.

This is high value sales, so new business brought in up to -250,000 in your first 3 months you get 5% of (-12,500) and anything above this gets you -10% (-25,000). Every client will go into either 3 or 5 year contracts which means you also get ongoing commission from contracts you''ve put in place too.

Think of it this way - by Year 2 not only will you have a constant stream of commission from what you''ve brought in the last year, your then adding new business onto it too. No wonder our BDM teams are earning anywhere between -155,000 - -300,000. An average sales cycle length is 13 days to close, so your not waiting around, this is fast paced with money coming in literally from all angles.

You''ll be based on the road within your specific region, so we will provide you with a premium electric car, or you can have a -5,000 car allowance if you''d prefer to drive your own, alongside a work phone & iPad so you must be tech savvy.
