As a Nursery Practitioner, you''ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn through play, build confidence and develop essential life skills during those all-important early years.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Support children''s learning and development through play based activities

• Help create a fun, stimulating and inclusive early years environment

• Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents

• Promote children''s wellbeing, safety and emotional development

• Observe, monitor and contribute to children''s developmental progress

• Encourage curiosity, creativity and independence every single day

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

• Previous experience working within nurseries or early years settings

• A warm, patient and caring approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for early years education and child development

• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of nursery life
