Project Manager

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Vanta Staffing are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Thame.

As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initial brief through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers, engineers, production teams and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly.

• Manage projects from start to finish.

• Create project plans, schedules and budgets.

• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and contractors.

• Monitor progress, costs and deadlines.

• Identify and resolve project issues.

• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates.

• Coordinate procurement, materials and resources.

• Work closely with engineering, design and production teams.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

• Manage changes to project scope and timelines.

• Ensure projects are completed to the required quality standards.

• Coordinate delivery, installation and handover where required.
  
  

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• A strong communicator and relationship builder.

• Commercially aware and comfortable managing budgets.

• A confident problem solver.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
