The Role

As a Fitout Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs and contracts for high-quality fitout projects.

Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents

Managing subcontractor agreements and payments

Conducting cost analysis and value engineering

Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with project specifications

Collaborating with project teams to deliver schemes on time and within budget

Providing accurate financial reporting and forecasting

Requirements

A minimum of 2-3 years''

experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the fitout construction sector

Strong skills in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery

Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., CostX, Excel, or similar)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure

Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field) are desirable

Competitive salary of £35,000 - £60,000, based on experience
