In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £40k P/A, depending on experience.Company benefits also include: 20 days holiday Company Pension Company van and Fuel card This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -5pm Your responsibilities will include: Conduct Legionella risk assessments in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274, and HTM 04-01.Undertake site surveys of water systems (hot and cold water systems, cooling towers, etc.).Identify potential Legionella risks and provide effective control measures in written reports.Liaise with clients to explain findings and offer expert advice on remedial actions and control measures.Compile clear, accurate, and comprehensive risk assessment reports, including schematic drawings.Carry out TMV servicing and failsafe sampling The ideal candidate: Minimum 2 years experience conducting LRAsStrong knowledge of ACoP L8, ..... full job details .....
