Senior Payroll Administrator An established Mechanical and Electrical services company based in Gloucester is seeking a full-time Senior Payroll Administrator to join its finance and administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking for a stable, permanent role within a supportive and successful business environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time across weekly and monthly payroll cycles. Process new starters, leavers, salary amendments, tax code updates, pension contributions and other payroll-related changes. Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation. Prepare, reconcile and submit payroll reports. Maintain payroll schedules and communicate key deadlines to relevant stakeholders. Support employee onboarding activities. Maintain accurate holiday, sickness and absence records. Candidate Requirements Minimum of 3 years'' experience managing end-to-end payroll processes. Experience working within a small to medium-sized business environment is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
