Job Title: Composite Laminator (Days)Location: Buckinghamshire/ Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Surrey Rate: 21 - 28 per hour Contract: OngoingOverview:We are supporting a leading composites manufacturer in numberous locations who are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join their day shift team. You will be producing high-quality composite components for motorsport and advanced engineering projects, working to tight tolerances and high standards.Key Responsibilities:Hand-lay carbon fibre laminating using pre-preg materialsWorking from technical drawings, ply books and work instructionsPreparing moulds, including cleaning, release application and general prepBagging and de-bagging componentsTrimming, bonding and finishing composite partsEnsuring components meet quality, dimensional and cosmetic requirementsSupporting production schedules and working effectively within a team environmentRequirements:Previous experience as a composite laminator high-end composites preferredStrong understanding of pre-preg laminating and cleanroom processesAbility to interpret technical drawings and ply booksExcellent attention to detailReliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentProactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Proactive Global is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
