Location: Feltham, Job Type: Temporary Working Hours: 10:00- 19:00 Hourly Rate: 16.35 The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Imports Clerk to join a logistics company based in Feltham on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with air freight import experience who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of accuracy, compliance and time-critical pharmaceutical shipments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process air import shipments from arrival through to final delivery. Prepare and check import documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant. Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, customs agents, transport providers and customers. Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any delays or operational issues. Ensure pharmaceutical shipments are handled in accordance with relevant procedures and temperature-control requirements where applicable. Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems. Work closely with the wider operations team to ensure shipments are processed efficiently and within required timescales. Requirements Previous experience working as an Air Imports Clerk within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Experience using CargoWise and Sequoia is essential.
