The role involves travelling to commercial client sites across London and surrounding areas to carry out a wide range of planned and reactive building maintenance works, including minor electrical works where appropriate and within the individual s competence and qualifications. We are looking for someone with strong all-round maintenance skills who is confident working independently, dealing professionally with clients and completing works to a high standard.
