What You''ll Be DoingAs a Customer Tasting Hub Facilitator, you''ll be the face of our tasting experience in-store. Your role will involve: Welcoming Customers: Invite shoppers to take part in exciting blind tastings.Preparing Samples: Follow simple instructions to prepare tasty products safely and hygienically.Collecting Feedback: Recruit shoppers and gather their opinions using questionnaires.Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small, friendly team to run customer panels.Data Recording: Accurately log feedback using spreadsheets and databases.Training and Development: Attend training days and maintain certifications (including food hygiene).Supporting Quality Testing: Assist the Quality Team with ad-hoc customer testing when needed.Acting with Integrity: Follow our Business Code of Conduct at all times.
