The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties Understanding of leases and service charge Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution and quality control Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance and safety Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial reporting Liaise with vendors, contractors, and legal professionals as needed Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations Requirements Proven experience as a Residential Property Manager or similar role ATPI Qualification Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices Excellent communicatio
