Alexander Daniels are proud to be partnering with an ambitious, high-growth services business in seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to play a pivotal role in its next phase of growth. Operating in complex, operationally driven markets, the business is scaling rapidly through both organic growth and acquisition. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Group CFO and acting as a trusted deputy and right-hand partner. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team, providing commercial insight, strengthening financial controls, and building a best-in-class finance function capable of supporting continued expansion and future exit ambitions. The Role As Group Financial Controller, you will take full ownership of the finance function, leading both day-to-day operations and longer-term transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for developing people, processes and systems to ensure finance acts as a true business partner across the organisation.
