Based primarily across the M3 corridor you will manage high-end commercial environments, ensuring electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards. While your core focus is Bristol, you will enjoy the variety of supporting the wider South region (including Windsor and Reading) on an occasional basis.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across commercial sites.Fault find and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power, and distribution.Maintain compliance with 18th Edition regulations and health and safety standards.Liaise directly with clients, providing a professional service as a representative of CBRE.Occasional travel within the South region to support the wider contract (travel time paid).RequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).18th Edition (BS 7671:2018).Full UK Driving License.Proven experience in a commercial maintenance or FM environmen
