The Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established, people-first organisation that plays an important role within its industry, setting standards and driving continuous improvement across the sector. They are looking for a Finance Transformation Lead to take ownership of the finance function, set up processes and strategic board packs. This is not a "keep the lights on" finance role. You''ll be given the opportunity to identify what isn''t working, build the right processes and systems, and embed finance properly across the organisation. The Role Sitting close to the senior leadership team, you''ll lead a broad transformation programme spanning systems, processes and culture. Key priorities will include: Reviewing, documenting and improving core finance and business processes. Embedding finance across the organisation and creating stronger commercial relationships with non-finance stakeholders. Reviewing the current finance systems environment and leading the potential transition from Dynamics to Xero. Introducing an effective purchase-to-pay process and system, bringing greater control and visibility to expenditure. Reviewing cash and treasury management, including how cash currently held in the bank could be managed more effectively. Improving financial controls, reporting and management information.
