Our client, an established financial services company, is currently recruiting a Technology Project Coordinator to join their projects team for a 12-month FTC. The Technology Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Head of Technology Portfolio Delivery and ensuring the smooth, consistent, and effective delivery of our client''s technology Portfolio Key Responsibilities for the Technology Project Coordinator:Support the Head of Technology Portfolio Delivery in the governance and oversight of the Technology PortfolioOwn the Technology Portfolio change control process, coordinating impact assessments and evaluating cost and schedule implicationsPrepare high quality reports, dashboards, RAID logs, KPIs, and executive level updatesConduct project reviews covering progress, viability, quality, resource needs, and prioritisationDevelop and maintain project delivery processes, tools, templates, and documentation repositories Skills Required for the Technology Project Coordinator:Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship building abilitiesExperience working in a PMO, project support, or technology delivery environmentA solid understanding of project governance, reporting, and change controlStrong communication skillsDriving License (Desired) Please apply as directed!
