The role of the MRICS Senior Project Manager will be to deliver a mixture of new build, cut and carves, refurbishment and CAT A/B fit outs with values ranging from 50m- 500m.The MRICS Senior Project Manager will also be managing a team of junior Project Managers which they will be supporting throughout all stages of project lifecycle.You will be responsible for: Providing leadership within the Project Management team to ensure schemes complete within time and budget constraintsCommunicate on a daily basis with Senior Members of the Project Management teamSupport Project Managers with any challenges faced in project lifecyc
