The role spans pre-construction, statutory compliance, and on-site delivery, with a strong focus on design coordination, risk management, and quality. Key Responsibilities Managing and coordinating the design team through Stage 2-4 design Remaining involved through Stage 5, including subcontractor design coordination Supporting pre-construction activities such as planning conditions, BREEAM, surveys, and consultant appointments Developing and maintaining key design controls, including: Design Responsibility Matrix Information Release Schedule Design Programme Risk Register Managing document control systems
