Lead the Operations Control Center (OCC) with modern service management processes for monitoring, incident, problem, and change management. Ensure proactive detection, rapid response, and root-cause analysis to maintain mission-critical systems.Global Support Services:

Manage global customer and employee support, desk-side services across bureaus, and on-site technical support for major global events (e.g., Olympics, Super Bowl).The ideal candidate combines deep operational expertise with modern digital video knowledge, cloud-first thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
