As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of electricians and technicians, coordinating projects, and maintaining high safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electricians and technicians. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities. Project Coordination: Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed. Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency. Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Budget Management: Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
