The RoleKey Objectives:Create a safe working environment with a minimum site score of 95%Handover on timeHandover snag-freeFinal account agreed at handoverGenerate repeat businessHead of HSQET Responsibilities:Attends briefings for larger, complex projects in support of the Contracts ManagerProduces the Construction Phase Plan for "non-rollout" projectsProduces template documents/folders for use on-site and ensures they are constantly updated in line with best practice and legislationActs as Temporary Works Coordinator, identifies and actions any Temporary Works requirementsProduces generic RAMS for operativesProduces and maintains Site Setup Boxes for siteConstructionAdvises on optimal site setup and ensures Brand Standards are maintainedAttends site and conducts a HandS audit (minimum once per project or fortnightly depending on duration) and supports the Site Manager in rectifying shortcomingsCoaches and mentors Site Managers on best practices to achieve
