Your Caseload:You will deal with a broad range of Private Client matters, including: • Wills, Trusts and Probate. • Establishment of Trusts, including Vulnerable Person Trusts. • Standard Estate Administration, together with some higher-value and high-net-worth estates. • Lasting Powers of Attorney. • Preparing and drafting Wills independently and confidently.
