Executive Assistant to Managing Director - Sheffield - -40,000 to -55,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Executive Assistant to join a successful international business in Sheffield.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will provide high-level support in a varied and fast-moving role. This position would suit someone who is confident working with senior stakeholders, enjoys taking ownership and can stay one step ahead in a busy environment.

The role

• Managing a demanding and frequently changing diary
• Coordinating meetings and ensuring the MD is fully prepared
• Organising UK and international travel and detailed itineraries
• Managing correspondence and monitoring priorities
• Preparing documentation, meeting information and briefing materials
• Following up actions and ensuring deadlines are met
• Supporting leadership meetings, projects and company events
• Working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Handling commercially sensitive information with discretion

What we''re looking for

You will have previous experience supporting a Managing Director, CEO or senior leadership team and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced commercial environment.You''ll be highly organised, confident and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities without needing constant direction. Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams are also important.
