Coaching, training, and occasionally saving the day when someone forgets what lock out/tag out means.Supporting site projects, making sure HandS isn t an afterthought.Keeping track of KPIs and making sense of the numbers so leadership can do something useful with them. You ll be the bridge between the people on the floor and the people upstairs helping create a culture that s safe, sustainable, and still productive.What You ll NeedYou don t have to know it all yet, but you ll need a foundation: NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (IEMA/IOSH a bonus).Experience working in a manufacturing or warehousing environment (food manufacturing is ideal).A bit of know-how around things like machinery safety, contractor management, and environmental compliance.The kind of curiosity that makes you ask why? instead of who messed up?
