Our client is a supported accommodation provider who are currently looking for a Caretaker to join their team on a part time basis in Worthing and surrounding areas in West Sussex. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a caretake role, possess excellent communication skills, be able to problem solve and work independently. A full driving licence and own transport are essential for this role as it does involve you travelling between properties. As a Part Time Caretaker you will be conducting fire safety checks, reviewing risk assessments as well as overseeing housekeeping and waste management. You will also report and manage urgent repairs to maintain a safe and habitable environment as well as conducting regular site inspections.
