Hays are working with a large public sector organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced Small Works Manager with a strong Facilities Management and MandE background to deliver a varied programme of small works, refurbishment, life cycle and building improvement projects across a diverse property estate.This is an initial 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent and would suit an experienced Facilities Project Manager, Hard FM Manager, Technical Services Manager, Estates Project Manager or Small Works Manager with strong technical MandE knowledge.You will manage projects from initial scope through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Projects will include office refurbishments, HVAC and boiler replacements, electrical and lighting upgrades, fire alarm systems, BMS, security/access control and wider building improvements.
